The advantages of the program
- Up to a maximum of 5 families can participate in the same project, providing residency and eventually citizenship in Canada for the entire family.
- No minimum investment amount is required.
- No proof of funds or assets is required.

- As a federal program, candidates are not restricted to living in any specific province.
- Business operations can be initiated before awaiting permanent residency results.
Conditions for the Start-Up Visa to be successful
- Letter of support from a Venture Capital fund, Angel Investor, or Business Incubator.
- Investors must have equity ownership in the business as required by the program.
- English or French language proficiency level of CLB 5 or higher.
- Meeting immigration criteria: health and legal status.

- Gathering initial information and assessing whether the investor or project meets the eligibility criteria for the Start-Up Visa program.
- Based on individual profiles or projects, TTN Immigration selects a government-designated organization that aligns with the investment category and project details. - Implement the profile to fulfill the requirements of the Angel Investor/Incubator.
- Receive a Letter of Support from the Investment Fund.
- Prepare the application documents to submit to the Canadian Immigration Department for permanent residency.
- Supporting the initial startup period in Canada to fulfill commitments with the Immigration Department.
The regulatory authorities are currently receiving projects from TTN Immigration to issue a Letter of Support, including the world's largest angel investor group, Keiretsu Forum.

- Business ideas must go through a trial period. After that, TTN Immigration will review whether the business model can be implemented as a Start-Up in Canada or not.
- You will be supported to finalize your business plan, fundraising steps, and receive a letter of support from an immigration-designated investment fund.
- You will receive a discounted service fee if you have an innovative business idea and the potential to develop into a Start-Up that meets the program's requirements.

- The discounted service fee will be offered to those who already have a business plan that aligns with the Start-Up Visa program.
